This course is designed to build upon the solid foundation established during the student’s Equine Science I course.
The course has a very strong science emphasis. The areas of equine nutrition, health, and reproduction receive a thorough examination in Equine Science II.
Students will learn advanced skills in handling and managing equine and continue the leadership and management development process initiated in Equine Science I. Thus, students learn skills necessary for successful living and working in the equine industry and in society.
